Can your designers help with my artwork?
Yes. Our in-house designers can fix file issues for free and offer full layout and branding work at an hourly rate quoted before we start.
How accurate is the online price estimator?
The estimator uses our current starting prices and volume discounts. Your final price is confirmed on the proof and only changes if the specification changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and bank transfers. Business customers can apply for invoicing on 30-day terms.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. If the print does not match your approved proof, we will reprint or refund it at no cost.
